Housing

Each class will have its own headquarters and will be housed in the same dormitory whenever possible. Most dorms consist of shared baths and rooms with one or two single beds. Please note that your class headquarters may not be in the same dorm in which you will be staying.

Housing is done on a first come, first serve basis and we cannot accommodate requests for housing with friends. We do house families together. Remember, we are not a hotel and that the time spent in your on campus room is limited, as you'll be out enjoying the campus activities!

Dining

Meals will be provided for all other classes beginning with Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast. The Saturday night all-class dinner and reception under the tents behind the Mahaney Center for the Arts is indeed the weekend highlight!

Keep in mind that your name tag is your ticket to all meals and receptions (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). You will not be permitted to attend any reception or meal without your name tag.

• Add Housing: $75 (The housing charge is per bed for your entire stay, regardless of whether you stay one or two nights; includes breakfast)

Note: À la carte options include meals (as purchased), entertainment, lectures and panels, activities, student hosts, and on campus transportation. Friday and Saturday dinners include an open bar (beer and wine only.)
