Women's Cross Country Wins NCAA Title
The Panther women’s cross country team won its sixth NCAA Championship and the 31st for Middlebury College since 1995. Middlebury head coach Terry Aldrich ends his 36-year career at the College in style, going out as a national champion. Read more..

Middlebury cross country alumni, parents, and friends turned out in force on October 2 to honor Coach Terry Aldrich who will retire this December after 36 years of coaching. The weather was perfect for the Vermont State Championship and the Alumni "Legends" 5K Run. Food, drink, laughter, and memories were shared at a post-meet reception at the Mahaney Center for the Arts. Director of Athletics Erin Quinn '86 served as emcee for the evening. Andy Kepes '90, Kate Irvin Pfeffer '01, Terry's daughter Allison Aldrich DiNardo, and Associate Head Coach Nicole Wilkerson shared warm memories, stories and thanks for Terry's influential leadership. Festivities continued downtown late into the night with many toasts, roasts, and well-wishes for Terry.
