COVID-19 Updates: Fall Semester

Students may call the Registered Nurse Triage Line at (802)-443-3290 to discuss health concerns. Please leave a message and we will do our best to return your call within 24 hours.  Each call will be handled individually. We are unable to provide in person visits.  Our staff will be happy to assist you to the best of their ability with your prescriptions and by offering general telephone advice.

If you’re an incoming first year student and have questions in regards to your student health portal please call (802)443-5112. Triage nurses (802)-443-3290 can help with any questions from incoming first year students in regards to their required health forms.

Middlebury students who have remained in the area may continue to access services at Porter Hospital Express Care (non-emergent) and the Porter Emergency Department. Porter staff screen all patients for symptoms of COVID 19 infection prior to entry. If you have concerns about COVID 19, and you think that you may be infected, you may receive care at the Porter Emergency Department. If you want to talk to a nurse about your symptoms, you can call the health center:  Registered Nurse Triage Line at (802)-443-3290. 

If you are experiencing severe symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, you should seek care immediately. Contact Middlebury Public Safety or call 911 for transport to Porter Hospital Emergency Department for evaluation.
