
Health Services is located inside of Centeno House at 136 South Main Street. We support Middlebury College’s vibrant and diverse academic community by providing readily accessible and confidential health care to students within an inclusive, collaborative, and integrated treatment framework.

There is no charge to students for care provided within Health Services. Labs and imaging completed at outside facilities will be billed to the student’s insurance plan.
Our Services
Acute Illnesses and Injuries
Appointments are available same-day or next-day. Our nurses will help you determine how to best address your healthcare needs and can schedule an appointment with a provider.
Physical Exams
- Please supply us with any required paperwork when you schedule your appointment.
- As some required travel immunizations may take time to complete, please schedule your appointment with ample time prior to your departure.
Immunizations
- Students attending college are required to provide an official immunization record. We are available to assist students who are unable to complete Vermont’s Immunization Requirements in their home community.
- We are able to provide or refer to community partners for immunizations required for travel abroad, internships, and academic programs.
- Health Services offers an annual flu clinic free of charge to all students
Sexual, Reproductive, and Gender-Inclusive Health Care
- Emergency Contraception at no cost to the student
- Pregnancy prevention consultations and prescriptions
- PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) for HIV prevention
- Support for students after sexual assault, with Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners
- Testing for sexually transmitted infections

Middlebury Healthcare Partners
Some healthcare needs are best managed by our community partners. We are able to assist with referrals to these services and coordination of care. Health Services will also work with your class dean, CARE Management team, and the Disability Resource Center to support your success at Middlebury.
