Health promotion and prevention are essential to students’ community engagement, participation in immersive learning, and development of skills as global problem solvers.
We host regular events and programs throughout the year to help you feel supported in fostering your own health and wellness. We also offer a selection of workshops you can request for a group.
Want to skip the small talk and get to know others on a deeper level? Join PEAR (Peers Educating for Affirming Relationships) for a fun, slow-friending event where you’ll be sorted into groups with new people and invited to answer questions meant to invite lasting connection. Co-sponsored by BSU, Alianza and RAISINS. Free food and build your own goodie bags for all who attend!

This interactive training builds student skills to be well-equipped to proactively and reactively prevent interpersonal violence and to inspire continued engagement with the Green Dot strategy clubs, student groups, and across campus. Madeline Hope
Maddie is the Heath and Wellness Education Director and Mental Health Promotion Specialist.
Karly Beavers
Karly is our Assistant Director and Health Promotion Specialist. She helps develop programs and events related to all aspects of our health and wellness.
Anna Hand
Anna is our Health Educator. She focuses on harm reduction and education about alcohol and other drugs and has spent time as a sexual violence prevention advocate
Kat Marshall
Kat manages our clinical operations. She is a key point of contact and keeps everything running smoothly around the office.

TimelyCare is a way for students to receive health care and counseling online.
We’ve teamed up with CampusWell to bring you a weekly newsletter on health and wellness for college students.

Our staff provides various health and medical support and services for students on campus.
Through consultation, advocacy, and education, our Counseling services promote health and wellness for students.
Sports Medicine provides services for varsity athletes and resources for all students.
