Beth White

Beth joined the Major Gifts team at Middlebury in July 2025. With more than 20 years of fundraising experience in higher education, Beth prides herself on building strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and colleagues. Her experience includes work in annual giving, major gifts, principal gifts, and gift planning. Prior to 2003, her professional career was focused on corporate public relations and marketing. While working remotely for Middlebury from her home office at Lake George, NY, Beth supports alumni and parents on the east coast from the Philadelphia area, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Texas.

Beth received her Bachelor of Arts in sociology with honors from the College of Wooster, where she was co-captain of the women’s lacrosse team. When she is not traveling for Middlebury, Beth can be found enjoying lake life with her husband Jim, gardening, and baking.
