Caroline joined the Middlebury team in 2026 after four years in the Advancement office at Skidmore College. She began her career in human services, working in case management and then crisis response in Nashville, Tenn.
Caroline holds a BFA and a BA from the New School University colleges of Music Performance and Liberal Arts, respectively. She currently resides in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., where she often takes advantage of the arts and music scene as well as hiking in the nearby Adirondack Mountains.
