Glenn is deeply committed to helping students access transformative educational opportunities. Her passion for experiences that emphasize place-based learning and outdoor leadership stems in part from her years as a high school teacher of human ecology and geology at semester school programs in the Bahamas and in Switzerland.

Following her work in indoor and outdoor classrooms, Glenn fell in love with helping students find programs that inspire them to develop as passionate and engaged learners. Glenn joined the Middlebury Admissions Office as an Associate Director of Admissions in 2019 and pivoted to work in the Advancement Office in 2024. As a Major Gift Officer, she supports alumni and parents in New York and the Rocky Mountain West.

Glenn received her B.A. in earth and environmental science from Wesleyan University, where she was the captain of the ice hockey team. A native of Ely, Minnesota, Glenn grew up on water, snow and ice; she is an avid skier, cyclist, and canoeist, and is always ready for a pick-up game in the rink.
