The Middlebury Campus introduces readers to the history and production process of Shacksbury Cider, which was founded in 2013 by David Dolginow ’09 and Colin Davis ’03. The Vergennes-based company focuses on crafting dry, easy-to-drink ciders in both traditional and new flavors.
