Meal Plans

All on campus students are automatically signed up for the unlimited meal plan with $25 of declining balance per semester. This plan allows students to access the dining halls as often as they want. The $25 declining balance can be used at any of our retail locations.

For more information, and for immediate service if your card is not working at the dining halls or retail, please feel free to contact us at diningmealplan@middlebury.edu or (802) 443-5346.

Adding Declining Balance

Students or parents can add declining balance onto an ID card.

To create an account, select “Register Now” and follow the prompts. Enter your student ID without the leading 00s and your last name.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at diningmealplan@middlebury.edu or (802) 443.5346.

Non-Working or Lost ID Cards

In an effort to consolidate Middlebury’s card services and provide better service to our community, card printing has been moved to the Dining Services office in Proctor Hall.

The entrance to the office is on the Hillcrest road side of the building, look for the glass door between the two large evergreen trees.

If you have lost your ID card, please purchase a replacement through the Middlebury College Store. You will receive an email when it is ready for pick up. You will want to contact Public Safety as soon as possible to report it missing. publicsafety@middlebury.edu; 802.443.5133. For more information please also see here.

If your card is not working or turning red in the dining halls, please email diningmealplan@middlebury.edu or call 802.443.5346 with your name, student ID number, and the 5-digit number on the back of your card. Note that this office is currently only open Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
