  • Slow Walk Meditation

Since the inception of Middlebury College’s Anti-Racist Task Force, the ritual of a slow walk meditation during the opening and closing of our academic terms has been integral to our communal work. The slow walk meditation embodies our individual and collective the journeys towards internal and external change. The slow walk is a way of charting our course, recalibrating our intention, practicing patience, and connecting as a community.
