Uplift Workout
Uplift is a club dedicated to fostering inclusive and accessible spaces for movement on campus. Join us for a student-led workout using the Fritz Balcony- all experience levels are welcome! We will have a workout available to follow, or you are welcome to use the space for a self-led workout.Kenyon Arena Concourse

De-stress bracelet making!
The purpose of the event will be for students to be able to self identify what is stressing them out and find stress management skills that will help them specifically cope with their stress. Students will be making beaded stretch bracelets. The different colors will signify different coping mechanisms to overcome stress that will work specifically for them. They will anonymously first write down everything that is stressing them out as much or little as they’d like, and it will be put to the side.(Private)
