    Come and join Uplift at our weekly intro lifting sessions on Fridays at 10am in the Fritz Family Balcony! The workouts are designed for all levels of experience with tutorials and options provided. We will be doing a mix of cardio and lifting with a focus on endurance, can’t wait to see you there!

    Learn how to use and take supplies to either mail back or destroy unused prescription medication. Be part of keeping our community safer by disposing of any medications you no longer use or need. The more medicaiton we dispose of or return, the safer we can keep friends, family members, pets and others!

  • Befriending Anxiety

    Anxiety serves an important function, but our nervous system doesn’t always pick the right moment or know when to stop. Each week we will look at an approach to managing anxiety, such as mindfulness-based stress reduction, cognitive behavioral therapy or polyvagal theory. We will include exercises for settling down but also for staying alert, for when we want to feel calmer, but we have things to do.

  • Studio Art Thesis Exhibition Reception

    The Studio Art Department’s Senior Studio Thesis class will present their capstone exhibition from Friday May 10th until Friday May 24th. The exhibition will be held in the newly renovated Johnson Memorial Building’s Central Atrium and the restored Johnson Exhibition Gallery.
    The students will host an opening reception on Friday, May,10th from 5PM-7PM.
    The event is open and free to the public.
