  • Unpacking List: Turning self-doubt into fuel for thriving

It’s normal to feel unsure. We’ll dig into self-doubt - NOT for what we can’t do, but to clarify our values, find our growing edge, shed light on internalized messages, use our energy wisely, and draw strength from community. Let’s start to unpack and make space for our best selves. Think of it as mental yoga, fostering flexible and resilient minds. Come to one or all sessions in this 3-week series.
