Study Abroad: Returning Students Meet Up (& HAVE PIZZA)

The Middlebury Counseling Center is offering this one time “meet up” to all students returning to Middlebury College following a study abroad trip from the previous summer or semester.  This “meet up” is an opportunity for reflection and time to talk about your experience with other students who are also returning to campus.  Discussions may include both rewarding and challenging experiences while studying abroad, what it is like to transition back to campus, reuniting with friends, and various other topics that might feel specific to you as someone who studied abroad.   

THERE WILL BE PIZZA (including gluten-free & dairy free options)!

Grab your lunch and bring it to this info session to hear from a Boren Awards Program Specialist from the Institute of International Education about Boren Scholarships for study abroad.

Boren Scholarships, an initiative of the National Security Education Program, provide scholarships up to $20,000 for U.S. undergraduate students to study less commonly taught languages in world regions critical to U.S. interests, and underrepresented in study abroad. In exchange for funding, Boren Scholars commit to working in the federal government for at least one year after graduation.
