    Beginner Ballet with Barbara Doyle-Wilch

    Classical Ballet technique in traditional ballet class structure. No pointe shoes, please. Each session is open to a maximum of 20 participants. PE credit is available once 8 classes have been attended.

    Previous dance experience in any form is recommended.

  • Corporate Corruption in the Food Industry

    Why is our food system broken? Austin Frerick describes the rise to power of 7 “food titans”, whose exploitation of consumers, farmers and workers has contributed to high prices and poor conditions for farmers and workers. Frerick is a Yale University agricultural policy fellow and the author of Barons: Money, Power and the Corruption of Food Industry, chosen as a Kirkus Review Best Indie Book of 2024.

    This will be a mandatory pre-departure meeting for students planning to study at the School in Jordan during the fall of 2025 (or academic year of 2025-26).
