CrossFit Middlebury
Crossfit Middlebury hosts 1 hour workouts open to all students. Crossfit is “constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement” — a mix of gymnastics, weightlifing, and cardio. Beginners welcome! Jazz Workshop
A workshop devoted to learning and playing jazz. It’s more than a jam session but less than a class. Instrument proficiency is required but jazz experience is not.

MiddVolunteers Food Bank Box Packing
For this event, MiddVolunteers will go to the Vermont Food Bank and help them pack boxes of food. This is in preparation for the winter and also for the holiday season. We will leave campus at 2:10. The event will go from 2:30 - 3:30.Off Campus

Brandee Younger Trio
This sonically-innovative harpist is revolutionizing her instrument for the digital era. Over the past 15 years, she has worked relentlessly to stretch boundaries and limitations for harpists. In 2022, she made history by becoming the first black woman to be nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Composition. That same year, she was also nominated for an NAACP Image Award. Her trio’s Vermont debut at Middlebury will include jazz standards and original works.
