Matchday allows our mentors to meet their paired mentee and the mentee’s family for the first time in a comfortable space with facilitated activities. Through ice breakers, games, crafts, and a presentation, the matches can learn about each other and plan their upcoming meetings! By having family members attend, mentors can learn the families’ goals for what they hope to get out of our mentorship program.
