Let's Talk About It: Food, Eating, and Body Image

Many people are in recovery from challenges with their eating and body image. Come to the Health and Wellness Education Office at 20 Old Chapel Road for an engaging hour-long peer-led workshop examining and dismantling societal misconceptions about people’s complex relationship to food, eating, body image, and exercise! This workshop is intentionally not focused on behavioral diagnoses; it is a chance for participants to learn about supportive language and actions that can help someone in their recovery process.
