Mini Acupressure Sessions and Tactile Relaxation Space

Nicole Burke from Golden Well Sanctuary for Spirit and Nature has been working in the healing arts since 2006 and farming since 2012. She is trained in Japanese Medicine and Acupressure and will be providing 10 minute acupressure sessions to reduce stress. While you wait, pop bubble wrap, grab a fidget spinner, hang out in a zero-gravity chair, get a new journal, build something with play dough, and grab some sushi. Stop in for 10 minutes, or the whole time for an open relaxation space with Nicole and Barbara McCall, Director of Health and Wellness Education.
