Set in Vermont and filmed over six years, Traces of Time follows the final chapter in the life of filmmaker Sim Hutner’s mother, Frankie Hutner, class of 1940, with striking intimacy and restraint. The film won the Shouldice Family Prize for Best Vermont-Made Film at the 2025 Middlebury new Filmmakers Festival.

You may sign up for tours in Hepburn Lounge. Tours depart at 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., last approximately 45 minutes, and return to Hepburn.
