These Shining Lives by Melanie MarnichThese Shining Lives is based on the true story of four women who worked for the Radium Dial Company - a watch factory based in Ottawa, Illinois. This poetic and beautiful little play is a story of survival in its most transcendent sense, and a reminiscence on love, family and time. The play focuses on the women who refuse to allow the company that stole their health to kill their spirits – and highlights their work to protect the lives of the generations who come after them. Directed by Michole Biancosino. Mahaney Arts Center Seeler Studio Theatre $15/10/5
