Introducing Northeast Delta Dental
We are excited to introduce you to our new dental insurance provider for 2024: Northeast Delta Dental!
As you may have heard we are maintaining the plan designs that we’ve had in 2023, but are moving to a well known vendor in our communities: Northeast Delta Dental. Northeast Delta Dental is part of the national Delta Dental organization. With this change, we can expect:
- Broad list of In-Network Dentists:
Our review of the in-network options showed that we have a greater number of providers in our communities.- Whether you are in Vermont, California, or another part of the country - there are in-network providers available!
- To find a new dentist or see if your current dentist is in network:
- Call your existing dentist to confirm whether they participate with Delta Dental (in some cases dentists may participate and not show up on the website).
- Visit: https://dentistsearch.nedelta.com/
- Enter your location and/or provider last name in the applicable box
- Select one of our networks: Delta Dental PPO or Delta Dental Premier
- Click Submit
- Call Northeast Delta Dental at 800-832-5700 to ask them.
- The same benefit plan design as 2023:
We are happy that we are able to provide the same great coverage options, even though the vendor is changing. - Less paperwork:
We are anticipating that there will be less paperwork as claims can be more easily processed by in-network dentists through the Delta Dental portal and members won’t have a need to complete paperwork in most cases when using in-network dentists. - Extra benefits via the Health through Oral Wellness (HOW) program:
Our Northeast Delta Dental plan includes our industry-leading Health through Oral Wellness® (HOW®) program at no additional charge in premium. HOW® provides additional preventive benefits to members who are at risk for oral disease, helping them to achieve better oral health.

Starting on 11/3/2023 you’ll be able to complete your Open Enrollment in Oracle Employee Self-Service to select and enroll in the 2024 dental plan of your choice. You must complete Open Enrollment by the end of day Friday, 11/17/2023.
