End of Semester Travel Reminders

International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) writes to wish you well as you prepare to end your semester, anticipate commencement, or continue with your employment in the United States.

We want to remind you to consult our Timely Updates page for important travel reminders from our April 17 posting.

It is important for all international students and alumni in F-1 or J-1 status to print a hard copy of their I-94 arrival record to carry with them when in the United States, even if they have not left the country in a while.
If you anticipate leaving the United States, we highly recommend that you print a copy before you depart as evidence of your status at the time of departure.
The I-94 demonstrates and confirms your U.S. immigration status. Check out the I-94 website and obtain your most recent record via the “Get most recent I-94” tab.
