After postponing the original go-live date due to the coronavirus pandemic, Middlebury has set a new date to launch its human resources software.
Middlebury has postponed its implementation of Oracle HCM from the original planned launch date of March 15.
Before we switch from Banner to HCM, it’s important that any non-exempt employee—student or staff—enter any time from previous pay periods in to the pay period ending March 8.
Banner is officially “frozen” as we get ready to launch Oracle HCM. Here are some of the things going on behind the scenes.
Join us for a hands-on demonstration of Oracle HCM, March 3-13, in Middlebury and Monterey. This will be your first opportunity to interact with our new human resources software. It’s not a formal training—that will take place later—but it will be a great chance to learn about the changes that will be taking place. Computers will be provided.
