Tutoring Availability

Tutoring officially ends Monday, 5/11. As listed below, some programs and classes will offer tutoring during exam week. Find a list of scheduling options at go/appt/.

ACE Tutors

Academic coaching is available with ACE peer tutors through the end of classes on Monday, 5/11, with limited availability finals week. You can book an ACE appointment, a professional consultation, or stop by the weekly drop-in hours. Work on time management, studying, and academic reading. go/learningresources/

Learning Resources staff will also be available for help at the Finals Week Study Break on Tuesday, 5/12Thursday, 5/14 from 14 pm in LIB 225.

Language Tutors

Language tutors will be available for appointments through Monday, 5/11. Work with a tutor on speaking, writing, and study skills. Students enrolled in a language course can schedule individual appointments. See tutor availability and book online. go/languagetutors/

Quantitative and STEM Tutoring

STEM and quantitative peer tutors will be available for regularly scheduled drop-in sessions through Monday, 5/11. For exam week options please check go/q-calendar/ for drop-ins or go/q-appt/ for 1-on-1 tutoring appointments.

Additional drop-ins include STEM and Data Librarians, TidyTuesdays (data), CCI, and Oratory Now. General math and R Coding tutoring is by individual appointment.

The Q-Center (MBH 202) end-of-semester schedule will be:
Monday, 5/11–Sunday, 5/17: 9 AM–Midnight
Monday, 5/18–Friday, 5/22: 9 AM–5 PM
Monday, 5/25–Friday, 5/29: Closed with staff available by email.

Writing Tutors

Drop-ins: The last drop-in tutoring session for the spring semester will be Sunday, 5/10 from 6-10 pm. During drop-ins you are welcome to stop by the CTLR in Davis Library to get support on your final writing assignments, from idea development to revisions to final edits.

Individual sessions: peer tutor and professional tutoring sessions (outside of drop-in hours) will be available through Monday, 5/11. And there will be some availability for individual peer tutoring sessions through exam week. Schedule a peer or professional individual appointment.

Course-based: writing tutors’ availability varies so please check with your course tutor. go/write/
