Derek Doucet
Dean of Students
Derek has been at Middlebury since 2003 and oversees a portfolio of student affairs offices and initiatives including Residential Life, Community Standards, Care Team, the deans of student life, Student Activities, Orientation, and Outdoor Programs. He serves on the Risk and Enrollment Committees, Community Council, and the Emergency Response Team.
