Students in Paris enroll in courses at the Middlebury Center, as well as courses at one of the Paris universities listed below, with the exception of students at Sciences Po Paris: students who enroll at Sciences Po Paris take ALL their courses at Sciences Po, though they still receive academic support from the Middlebury Center. Sciences Po Paris

Summary of courses

Students planning to take courses in political science, international relations and economics may enroll in the Programme International at Sciences Po Paris for one semester. Students take all their courses at Sciences Po, including a French language course. Students wishing to take courses at this institution must be pre-selected by Middlebury and accepted by Sciences Po Paris on the basis of their language skills and academic background. Only four spots are available each year, meaning two per semester, and while the application procedure is simple, it is competitive and selective. Annual students may enroll at Sciences Po Paris for one semester and a different partner institution for the other. There is a separate application and acceptance process from the School in France. The deadline for fall and academic year students is mid-April; for spring students it is early October.
