About District E
District E serves as the operational backbone of Middlebury, encompassing essential administrative functions and vital student services. From the financial planning conducted by the Budget Office to the provision of textbooks and Middlebury merchandise at the College Bookstore. The Human Resources department fosters a supportive work environment for faculty and staff, while Public Safety upholds community safety and enforces campus policies. Recreational offerings such as the Ralph Myhre Golf Course, Rikert Outdoor Center, and Snowbowl not only enrich student, and staff life but also contribute to the greater Middlebury community. Additionally, Student Financial Services and the Student Mail Center play pivotal roles in supporting students’ daily campus experiences, by providing financial aid guidance and managing mail services.
