The Journal of Young Investigators: Extensive list of Undergraduate Summer Research Opportunities
This list currently has 100+ undergraduate summer research internships available to college students for the summer of 2010, and internships are being added regularly. The National Science Foundation

AT&T Labs offer both summer internships and full time employment. Interns working at corporations such as AT&T will most likely be provided with stipends, and free housing. AT&T has been offering summer research positions and fellowships in Mathematics and Statistics for over 25 years.
