The founders of the Middlebury-based Appalachian Gap Distillery are handing over the reins to longtime employee Will Drucker ’08.5, who bought a majority stake in the company. Drucker said he plans to launch a bourbon that’s been aged for roughly five years and work more closely with local bars and restaurants.
