Celebrate the 5th annual MiddPride festival in downtown Middlebury, Vermont! Organized by The Teen Center and the Ilsley Public Library, this family-friendly, authentic community gathering is dedicated to honoring and uplifting LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies across Addison County. Enjoy live music, local food options, lawn games, and a vibrant local vendor market. Parade begins at 1 pm!

The 5th Annual Middlebury Car Show and Fall Festival is scheduled for Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in downtown Middlebury. The event is entirely free for spectators.

Co-hosted by the Addison County Chamber of Commerce and the Better Middlebury Partnership, this popular community event closes down Main Street and Triangle Park to showcase 75 classic, vintage, and modern vehicles.

Back for the third year, the Middlebury Mountain Club (MMC) will be hosting the annual 46 Peaks Weekend on October 16-18th. The goal is to have Midd Kids summit every high peak within one weekend. Sign-ups for MMC-led trips will be through Ideal Logic and released over the first few weeks of classes.

Nicknamed “The Sweetest Half”—the Middlebury Maple Run is an annual autumn race featuring a USATF-certified half marathon, 10K, and 5K.

At our TEDxMiddlebury event, speakers bring “ideas worth spreading” to campus in order to spark deep discussion and connection. The 2026 conference, themed “New Horizons,” explores the idea that new beginnings are a universal and necessary part of our lives. At a time when the world tends to equate transitions with instability, New Horizons invites us to see a fresh start not as something to fear, but as something to embrace.
