    An engaging and fun way to experience and learn about Israeli art and culture.
    Each week will provide something new and different according to students’ requests - including making art and learning calligraphy; Mystical topics of spells, amulets, and witchcraft in ancient Judaism and contemporary Israel; watching Israeli films and shows; graffiti in Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem; listening to Israeli music; meeting interesting people from various sectors of Israel; and cooking and eating lots of Israeli foods.

  • Earth’s Materials: Perennial Perspectives in the Arts

    Earth’s Materials: Perennial Perspectives in the Arts, a group exhibit of curated art, represents diverse responses from artists working in a variety of media that reflect, respond, and rejoice in the earth, our roots, and our relationships.

    Please join us for the exhibit opening on Friday, April 7, 2023, from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m., including a panel discussion from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. that evening. The event is free and open to the public.

    Body Process

    The Counseling Center presents “Body Process”: a counseling group to help students explore and process their relationships with their bodies. This is a confidential space for students to explore this issue with counseling interns Dana Williams and Sam Rothberg. The group will occur once per week on Thursdays from 1-2pm for the spring semester.

  • Gensler Symposium: Performing Feminist Joy | Collective Care: Anti-racist Mindfulness and Meditation Practices

    This presentation centers around comparative analysis of scholarly discussions on self-care in feminist and queer studies and perspectives shared by meditation practitioners of color. While some scholars of care tend to frame meditation and mindfulness as a neoliberal technique of governance with the only goal of personal happiness and self-improvement, people of color who use contemplative practices in their recently published teachings, instead present a complicated picture of the relationship of self- to collective care.

    Middlebury Formula Electric Kickoff Meeting

    Come check out the revamped Middlebury racecar design team: Middlebury Formula Electric! This meeting will feature a brief presentation from club leadership on who we are, where we’re going, and why we are now uniquely positioned to succeed, and then we’ll walk down the street to our racecar shop and see our current racecar and our workspace. No experience with engineering, mechanics, project management, or anything else is expect or required.
