Middlebury Impact Pathways: The Good Food Institute

Come learn about how research and advocacy for alternative proteins is contributing to the transition to a more just, ethical, and sustainable food system.
Nathan Ahlgrim is the Academic Director at the Good Food Institute. He frequently speaks at universities and works closely with student groups to foster collaboration in sustainable food technologies. Nathan’s expertise is deeply rooted in the intersection of science, food systems, and sustainability, making him a perfect fit for engaging Middlebury’s environmentally-conscious student body.
