Sake scholar and Award-Winning Author Nancy Matsumoto will be giving a 45-minute lecture on Japan’s national drink, its history, the state of its industry, its cultural influences, and how it’s being affected by climate change. She will also be discussing her James Beard Award-winning book, Exploring the World of Japanese Craft Sake, in which she and Michael Tremblay listen to stories from sake producers and distributors from around the world.
