Fixes and Tweaks

• Fixed a Hub issue that was preventing MIIS instructors from creating Office365 Group spaces. The term name “Fall 2020 - MIIS” made the Group email address too long to fit in the field allocated for it.
• Rebuilt course catalog data that had gotten corrupted during an infrastructure outage and was preventing some instructors from provisioning lab/discussion sections on Thursday.
