We’re moving 17 areas off of Hyperion and onto a long term, cloud-based solution that can be easily modified and supported for Middlebury and GMHEC. -

Twelve new sound-limiting booths with Televic interpretation equipment will accommodate 14 students and an instructor from the GSTILE program.

Service ISSUE - Email, Exchange Online, Outlook

We are still experiencing an issue with Outlook and Exchange Online which is preventing people from accessing their email. Sending and receiving email may be affected as well. Microsoft is investigating the issue. We will provide an update as soon as we know more.

Issue RESOLVED - Email, Calendar, Outlook, and Exchange Online
We are pleased to report that email and calendar services, i.e. Outlook and Exchange Online are restored. Microsoft identified and reverted a configuration change implemented this morning that caused the problem.
