This week saw several small improvements to the Course Hub’s Canvas integration, some new office sites, and a fix to login issues on some private sites.

Fixes and Tweaks

  • Added sub-account mappings to the Course Hub’s configuration to allow Canvas sites to be properly categorized under Canvas sub-accounts for each program.
  • Fixed an issue in the Course Hub that was preventing instructors from deleting Canvas resources in the Hub that were attached to courses in Canvas that had been deleted or “reset” and were no longer available under their original identifiers.
  • Improved display of profiles on the Breadloaf Writers Conferences attendee sites.
  • Created a Community Announcements site for the coronavirus updates and similar public statements.
  • Fixed an issue that caused redirect loops when accessing some private sites on

Ongoing Work

  • Creating a new “Offices” site for institution-wide anchor functions.
  • Creating new Drupal 8 sites for our schools and programs.
  • Post-launch improvements of the updated Course Hub.
