We’re just one week away from our go-live date for Oracle HCM, Middlebury’s new human resources system. Every Middlebury employee and student worker will engage with this software in some capacity—it’s how we’ll get paid, review benefits, manage time away, update tax information, and much more. You’ll be able to access the system on Tuesday, June 16.
We recently mailed information to your home to help you get started with HCM. We’ll also be sending you a number of emails and posting to the HCM website in the coming weeks with important information and updates. Please keep an eye out for these messages, and read them!
As we get ready for launch, be sure to do the following
- Enroll in multifactor authentication through GMHEC.
- Complete your online training.
- Learn about some of the differences between Oracle HCM and BannerWeb.
Remember, like any major new process, HCM will have its share of bumps and glitches that we’ll resolve. We have a robust support team through Middlebury ITS, HR, and the Green Mountain Higher Education Consortium to help us address any issues that may arise.
We’re convinced that HCM will be a vast improvement over our current system and that it will better reflect the way you do business in other aspects of your life. Thank you in advance for your patience, and for your continued feedback, which will help us make a truly successful transition.
Stay tuned for further updates!
