Fixes and Tweaks

• Updated the contact information on the Community Announcements site and added a contact footer to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion site.
• Fixed an issue with WordPress’s lineate plugin caused by our switch to HTTPS.
• Added the IRS non-discrimination statement to the homepage footer.
• The Library & ITS Wiki can now use “ms-device-enrollment” as a URL protocol.
• Fixed Course Hub issue where name pronunciation wouldn’t play in some browsers, particularly Safari.
• Fixed issue in Course Hub integration with Office 365 that was blocking creation of spaces for people with @miis.edu email addresses.
