Leadership Updates 

Staff Council District election results are in! Your 2025-26 Staff Council representatives are:  

  • District A – Pending Appointment
  • District B – Caroline Crawford (Marketing and Communications)
  • District D – Asa Waterworth (International Programs)
  • District F – Caroline Engvall (Events Management)
  • District J – Jared Rawson (Custodial Services)
  • District M – Nadeen Black (Admissions) 

Sam Flint (Human Resources) has been appointed as the Staff Constituent Advisor to the College Board of Advisors. Thank you to outgoing advisor Tim Parsons (Facilities) for representing staff in this important role. 

Members of Staff Council have met with President Baucom and we anticipate that the staff will continue to have the active support of the President’s Office. We’re very grateful for the steady leadership of Interim President Steve Snyder over the past six months. 

Jenn Montgomery (Dean of Students) and Eric Montgomery (Catering) are the proud parents of the newly elected dog mayor of Middlebury, Tela. The election raised funds for Homeward Bound. Watch video 

Potential Changes to Health Insurance Benefits  

A health insurance benefits meeting for all employees was held Tuesday, July 8 at 2 pm ET/ 11 am PT in Wilson Hall (VT) or Zoom. Recaps from the meeting will be posted on the calendar page.
