All-Staff Get-Together with President Ian Baucom, Thursday, March 26
Please mark your calendars for a campus gathering for staff and President Ian Baucom. Staff are encouraged to attend this informal time with the president, including a discussion about the first nine months of his presidency, and his vision for the future. More details to come.
January Open Meeting Wrap-Up
Thanks to the 100 or so staff who attended our open meeting in person and online. A summary of the meeting is available here. We look forward to our next Open Meeting on Tuesday, April 21 from 11-12 pm in Wilson Hall and on Zoom (link to follow in a future update).
Staff Council and Senior Leadership
Staff Council meets every month with President Ian Baucom, Vice President for Human Resources Caitlin Goss, and other members of the cabinet as needed. These meetings are our opportunity to bring your needs to the administration.
Please be in touch with your Staff Council district representative so that we can make sure questions and concerns from all areas of Middlebury are represented in these meetings.
Employee Winter Adventure Day (VT) at Rikert is Tuesday, February 17!
Join for an afternoon at the Rikert Outdoor Center on Tuesday, February 17th 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Passes and free rentals will be available for snowshoes, Nordic ski equipment, and fat bikes (available first come, first serve). There will be hot drinks, cookies and a warm fire in the barn!
