Staff Appreciation Lunch and Conversation with President Ian Baucom, Thursday, March 26, 11:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Ross Dining 

Please join Staff Council and President Ian Baucom this informal lunch catered by Pratt’s Store, remarks, and a period for questions. All Vermont staff are encouraged to attend for any part of the event. Remarks will be recorded and shared following the event. 

Building Sustainable Nutrition Habits starts March 25, 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 EDT, Zoom. 

Join Rebecca Schubert, Registered Dietitian Nutrition for this four-part, virtual small group program on Wednesdays. Explore: 

  • How to prepare the body and mind to make better food decisions
  • Skills to navigate cravings, stress, and real-life disruptions
  • How to stay consistent 

Learn practical, evidence-based strategies and complete simple exercises between sessions to support habit formation, flexibility, and confidence around food.

Staff Council and Senior Leadership

Staff Council meets every month with President Ian Baucom, Vice President for Human Resources Caitlin Goss, and other members of the cabinet as needed. This month we discussed tactics to improve opportunities for improving staff morale, including expanding opportunities for staff professional development and promoting internal hiring, as well as a budget planning update and a strategic planning update.
