We have developed student learning goals for those interested in our program.  We provide faculty and students a shared understanding of the goal of this study and what graduating seniors are expected to know or to be able to do at the end of their course of study as it relates to the College’s larger mission.

The learning goals are assessed to determine whether students are achieving the outcomes. The assessment results are used to inform our curricular design. Students will:

1) Master critical thinking and decision making techniques as supported by the appropriate use of analytical and quantitative techniques.

2) Apply appropriately functional area concepts and theories.

3) Communicate effectively by preparing and delivering oral and written presentations using appropriate technologies.

4) Embrace conscientiously ethical requirements of business activities.

5) Confront boldly organizational conflicts with innovative solutions.
