The Office of Grants & Contract Administration reviews all grant proposal budgets and blue sheets for funding that will be administered through the College, or that entail a College commitment, and provides the final signature on the College endorsement form (blue sheet). Usually the Director of Grants & Contract Administration signs, but the Disbursement & Accounting Manager can also sign the blue sheet.

The Grants & Contract Administration Office's signature on the blue sheet constitutes approval to submit the proposal to the grantor.

Some proposals may also require approval from the Vice President for Academic Affairs or the Vice President for Finance & Treasurer.

The Director of Grants & Contract Administration (or Disbursement & Accounting Manager) also signs all proposals that require the signature of an Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR).
