Professional Background:  Tiffany has over thirty years experience in higher education administration, with focus on volunteerism, academic service-learning, civic engagement, student activities and leadership development, and student employment. She helped create Vermont Campus Compact and provided leadership to the organization until 1999. Before returning to Middlebury, Tiffany worked in college admissions at Southern Methodist University, Green Mountain College, and Mount Holyoke College, and as director at Trinity College (VT). Tiffany holds a BA in religion from Middlebury College.
