This initiative promotes senior research projects that fall within the scope of Jewish Studies at Middlebury College by providing grants to students to help defray expenses associated with these senior projects. The maximum possible grant is $750, though individual grant amounts may be smaller.   

To be considered for funding, please forward an application, by email, consisting of the following materials to the director of the Jewish Studies Program, Professor Robert Schine (schine@middlebury.edu) by 10/8/12: 

-A two-page description of your project in twelve-point font, one-inch margins, single-spaced format
-An itemized budget, including details on other financial support for which you may have applied, specifying the amount. 
-A letter of recommendation from the faculty member advising your project
