On-Campus Recruiting

Through the on-campus recruiting program, many of the employers who list job opportunities on MOJO also visit campus to recruit and interview seniors here. This also provides students with the opportunity to meet and network with various recruiters throughout the year at Employer Information Sessions, the Recruiter In Residence Program, and career panels. Information and details about these events can be found on the MOJO calendar. Check this calendar often, as events are scheduled on an ongoing basis.

Applying for jobs through MOJO has the added value of knowing that employers who list their openings with us on MOJO are specifically seeking Midd graduates—and in many cases are Midd graduates themselves!

In order to apply to MOJO job listings, seniors should attend the Senior Meeting held at the beginning of the year in September, and sign the Code of Conduct form handed out at the meeting. The Code of Conduct outlines the professional, ethical conduct expected of all seniors who participate in the recruiting program and interview process through Middlebury.
