Off-Campus Recruiting

Middlebury collaborates with other highly selective liberal arts colleges to provide students the opportunity to interview with several employers on one day, at one location, for first-round interviews. There are three of these events each year in the following cities: New York, Boston, and Washington, D.C. If selected for an interview, applicants are notified prior to the event date.

This is a chance to interview with several employers on the same day—and only have to wear your "interview suit" once!

Prior to the interview day, students submit required application materials to participating employers via each off-campus interview day event's Web site.  If selected, candidates interview with employers on the day of the event in one location:

Eastern College Career Days – Boston and New York
Boston event occurs in November; New York event is in March.
