A College student group proposed a road map for the town of Middlebury to cut its emission of carbon dioxide by 80 percent by the end of this decade. The report in question was assembled by the Middlebury Consulting Group, a nonprofit student organization that provides free research and problem-solving services to local businesses and national startups.
